  4. Every weekend games will emphasize previous weeks lessons.

WHAT WE ARE

The Elite Basketball Skills and Development includes:

3 Four Week Sessions

            *Session One(Fundamental):    Sept. 8th – Oct 3rd

            *Session Two(Advanced):       Oct 6th – Oct 31st

            *Session Three(Elite):              Nov 3rd – Nov 28th

 

 

Developmental Highlights

Fundamental Skills Instruction on Tues, Thurs, Sat for approx. One hour 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Progressive skills training for ages 7 – 14 (1st – 8th Grades)

Weekly game-style scrimmages

Typical Skills and Development Daily Sessions

One hour workout focus:

   Proper Stretching Technique (5-10 minutes)

   Next-Level Conditioning (15 minutes)

   Fundamental Ballhandling (10 minutes)

   Appropriate Shooting Technique(5-10 minutes)

   Passing (10 Minutes)

   Proper Defensive Technique (10 Minutes)

   Footwork and Foot Speed (10 Minutes)
